Why can't I sign up on the broker site directly?+
Our copy trading strategy is only available to clients registered through our personal approval link. Without it, your account won't be connected to our system. Always wait for your link before creating an account.
How long does the approval process take?+

Do I need a VPS or any technical setup?+

How does the 30% performance fee work?+
We charge 30% of new daily profits above your high water mark. If your account doesn't make new highs on a given day, we charge absolutely nothing. No monthly fee, no flat charges — only a share of actual new gains. Settled at the end of each trading day.
What is a high water mark?+
Your high water mark is the highest balance your account has ever reached. We only take a fee on profits that push your balance above that previous peak — so you never pay fees on recovering losses, and you never pay twice on the same gains.
Are there any other fees or hidden charges?+
None. No monthly subscription, no signup fee, no exit fee, no management fee. The 30% performance fee on new daily highs is the only fee. If we don't make you money, we make nothing.

Can you access or withdraw my money?+
No. Never. Your money stays in your own broker account. We can only copy trades to it — we cannot withdraw, transfer, or touch your balance. You have full control at all times.
What's the maximum I can lose?+
You set your own hard stop in the copy trading portal. The default is 15% of your balance, but you can set it lower. If your account hits that threshold, all positions close automatically and the copy pauses. No exceptions.
Can I lower the risk below what you trade?+
Yes. By increasing your lot step (e.g. from €2,000 to €4,000 per 0.01 lots), you trade at half the position size. This cuts your risk — and your returns — proportionally. You can adjust this anytime from your portal.
⚠ What happens if my balance drops below $2,000?+
Your risk increases. The lot step is set to €2,000 per 0.01 lots — so if your balance falls below $2,000, you're still trading the minimum 0.01 lots but with less margin to absorb drawdowns. Never let your account stay below $2,000. If your balance drops near this level, either deposit more funds or pause the copy until you've reviewed your settings.
What happens after the hard stop is hit?+
All positions close and your copy subscription pauses automatically. Your account is not closed. Your money stays in your account. You can review, adjust settings, deposit more if needed, and reactivate whenever you're ready. No penalty.
